How it works

See below how it each step works:

Step 1 -  Analysis

» Value Based Analysis
gives a picture of the whole process from the following perspectives:

1st -  "Satellite view”with global values, allows an overview of the whole system (profitability from photosynteses to sales);

2nd - “Bird’s eye view”– is a more detailed analysis of the main steps of the process;

3rd -  “Worm’s view” – analyses each link of the chain and identifies oportunities for optimizations.

Step 2 - Action plan

» Based on the identified oportunities, an action plan is proposed, which increases the productivity (Value Based Management).
Step 3 - “Ideal” Model

»
  For “green field” projects an optimized model is used as the starting point which can, however, be adapted to various situations.

Step 4 - Feasiblity studies “on-line”

»
IRR, Pay back and other financial indicators for different capacities with and without carbon credits.

» feasibility of ethylene production from bioethanol.
